What do you love about your role?

My role is to provide clinical support to the staff and mentor the staff new to the aged care industry to achieve the high standards of care to our residents that also meets best practice and in return, I receive love and recognition from my residents and staff.

Mother Teresa

 What prompted you to get into this industry?

Working in aged care is like being with my family. This is my home away from home.

 Share a moment when you made a difference to a resident’s day?

Every single day is different in an aged care and bringing a smile on the residents’ face makes my day.

 What are your hobbies outside of work?

Reading and spending time with my two kids.
