Colleen Tonking AIN (Pictured second from left) celebrated 21 years of service with ATSICHS on the 1st February this year. Colleen started with Jimbelunga in 1996 and worked in the secure dementia unit for most of this time until the building was closed in late October last year. Colleen now works within the entire Jimbelunga community.
Asked what some of her greatest memories were, Colleen replied “the residents” and her wish is to see the building works completed and that she could not imagine working anywhere else.
A morning tea was held at the monthly residents meeting. Well done Colleen, I’m sure the residents really appreciate your commitment and care.
